The staff at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had and arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. This guy is a really GOLDMINE for the hotel. We also book two (2) extra nights and was kind to arrange no change of room, but just new keys. This hotel has so many options for a amazing stay. Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! But inside it's not well maintained... The rooms are not clean... Mouldy... The receptionist could not speak a word of English and it took them a while to find the booking making me worried that we were left without a room.... Breakfast could be much better!!! Fake Orange juice and nothing special served.... Not even seasonal fruits...
