First of all, the room is quite small and it's quite dirty in the room. The toilet flushing is not fluent in my room. Secondly, I can clearly heard that the people talking next to my room, it's quite annoying at night time. But the younger staff deal with the problem very fast. The official check-in time is 4pm so I came back at 5:15pm for check-in. But front desk staff told me "no room available because they are still cleaning up" and instructed to come back after 6pm. However a couple and I placed luggage in advance at around 12pm on that day. But I saw they had got room when I came back for check-in at 5:15pm. It was not fair to me that I had been requested to wait. Finally I was waiting at lobby until 6:15pm.
