It was my first time in an Asian country and I felt very safe and welcome here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, well equipped and my bed was comfortable. I was taking a cab arranged by the hotel to & fro Taoyuan Airport. The hotel has many kinds of cookies available. I like their shower facilities, very cozy & comfortable. Hotel perks of free 24h snack & beverage bar, free laundry machine, and massage chairs were awesome. Also a neck massager in our room too! One note - is we paid extra to chose a room with a window, but the reality is the window let in no light as it was 2 ft from the next building and actually just resulted in a little street noise.
