They have a group of friendly staff that is readily available to assist visitors at their level 4 receptionist area 24/7\. The room, bed, toilet and shower area is very clean. Towel and clearing of rubbish is upon request and they will do it within the next 30mins for you in my experience during my stay of 8 days. The location is very good, it's above the Exit (Zone 8) of the Taipei Main Station, very convenient to travel around. Roaders Plus Hotel had given me a very positive experience in my Visit, will definitely recommend to family and friends.
