Found mold at multiple locations on walls and ceiling, which causes health hazard. The room smells bad, not sure if it is from the mold or drainage. WIFI does not work. Bed is okay. Front desk was trying to find different rooms for us but it ends the same. Stayed one night uncomfortably. Thankful for letting us move out and refund for rests of the night.

The worse hotel in Taipei
Room is unbelievable small, location is very inconvenient, faraway from subway and major bus route. Front desk manager has an attitude with handling the issue.

The AC didn’t work when we checked into the assigned room. They had to bring a fan to cool down the room. The room size is tiny with 3 adults. The breakfast was a self-service type that you are responsible for taking your dirty dishes to the tray.

Location is convenient. The room is small and shower is not properly designed. The safe box in the room is just for show, it didn’t work and doesn’t seem safe. But kept with the counter wasn’t safe too. Discovered my cash became lesser than I actually have.

sound insulation is not very good. I constantly hear water flowing sound. My bathroom is always wet. And they know the pipe is leaking and not plan to fix it. I won't go there again. The only plus is it's just next to MRT exit.

When I booked the hotel online, I already emailed the hotel to make sure that the room is smoke-free because my kids have asthma. However, very disappointed that my room was smoky and the hotel did not even provide disposable sleepers. The room was very small, too. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The MRT station is by the hotel.

The hotel is located just next to the exit of MRT. The room is clean and tidy. But there is really a great problem of soundproofing between rooms that I could clearly hear the sound of flushing toilet, shower and even conversation of the next room. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel and nearby. The hotel only provide simple breakfast that you wouldn’t be interested in. If you want to have a proper meal, you have to go to the next MRT stations.

Good deal in Taipei City
It was great that it had a free valet parking in Taipei city and the parking guy and the front desk were friendly. You only need to tip the parking guy. It is right next to a subway station, so it is convenient. We got a good discounted rate through Hotels.com. The only issue was that our room was the poor air circulation in the bathroom and the water leaky from the shower area. I spoke to the front desk and the lady said that they will fix it.

Convenient taking rail.
The shower was in an awkward position. Difficult to position ourselves when showering. If not careful the water will flow out to the room.

This is a very good three-star style business hotel right next to an MRT station and with a couple of good local restaurants (road parallel to main road) that actually have an English-language menu.
