We even called to confirm the reservation and no one mentioned that their cafeteria is under renovation. Breakfast turned out to be room service, which sounded great except not. In the two weeks we were there, there were only 3 rotating options with each day having a predetermined option by the hotel, and the meals are about palm size. We voiced our concerns regarding why we booked the breakfast buffet and this hotel, but management wouldn’t agree to either a refund for no breakfast or providing additional foods. Needless to say, we were all sick and tired of the 3 options after 2 weeks and had to spend additional to get real breakfast foods. We would not be coming back again.
