The location is terrible. They offer a river view, and we were only given interior rooms on the second floor. The neighborhood is very run-down and can be dangerous, even though Taipei is a safe city. Be careful: what they offer on the website isn't real; the deluxe rooms are standard rooms. The breakfast was deplorable, terrible in every way. The room wasn't cleaned, and we had to ask them to come and clean it at 7 p.m., which they did. On the positive side, the staff's friendliness.
