We were just minutes from the Da'an MRT to take us anywhere we wanted to go. There was also a bus stop just outside or you could hail a taxi very easily. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. David was super easy to communicate with via Line. If there was anything we needed he was pretty quick in responding. He was also really helpful during our planning process of the trip in providing information and suggestions. We got regular cleanings which was also super efficient and fairly inexpensive. The only couple of things I would mention are the internet was spotty at times (not sure if it was due to work being done) and the kitchen has only 1 stove top which took a while to heat, so don't be expecting to cook too much.
