Considering the location, the price is very reasonable, but the facilities are a bit old. The shower in the bathroom had hot water at night, but there was no hot water in the morning. Also, there was no shower curtain, which made it a little difficult to use. Easy to get from airport getting off at Zhongshan (browse pictures of the building entrance). On the first night I got a room in the front that was noisy due to traffic, but staff was kind to give me a quiet room in the back. They were also nice to let me briefly use a room after I had checked out. The hotel is "hidden" inside a building on the 7h floor, which is odd, but fun. Room, furniture, bathroom, dexor are old, but I think it is part of the experience visiting Taiwan.
