The bed were not clean, dust around the edge and hair can be found. No sense of privacy as if you're kneeling on your bed you can see the person next to you. Ladder going up to top bulk is not convenient and is quite dangerous. I was asleep at 10pm and not a single person have checked in yet, therefore I kept getting woken up as each person was entering the room. この宿への宿泊は絶対に勧めません。領収書のないお金を取られて、窓無し部屋優先で詰め込まれます！ この宿への宿泊は絶対に勧めません。 私は窓無し部屋を指定していません。 ホテルの案内にも、窓無し部屋幾ら。。という紹介もありません。 私は２泊予定で申し込みました。 他に窓有の空き部屋があるのに、換気扇が機能していない不潔な窓無し部屋\[ENGLAND\]を指定されました。 奥に３人BEDが縦に並べられ、隣に人との空間もなない場用でした。 １回一を希望するならいくら払う必要がある。2階なら支払いは不要。現金でお金を払えば1階のBEDにします。と言われました。仕方なく支払いました。領収書は出ません。 １泊した翌朝部屋交換を打診しましたが、空いていない。冷たくと断られました。 ① この「窓無し部屋」の問題点 ・明かりが全く入らない。 ・BEDは湿気ていて異臭がする。 ・小さな埃が空気中を漂う ・隣人との境界のカーテンが寸法的にかなり短くプライバシーは保てない。 ・隣人がすぐ傍のBedに寝ていますので鼾が煩い。 ② トイレ・シャワー室 ・汚さこの上ない ・前の人がトイレ後に流していない状況に２回遭遇 　たまたまの当日宿泊人のマナーも悪いかも知れない。 ③ このホステルの「スタッフ」の問題点 ・客が静かにしているのに、スタッフ同士で大騒ぎ 窓がないロビーで仕事をしている宿泊者への気遣いも全くなし。 ・部屋割り当て後に、隣人との感覚が近すぎる、このようなＢＥＤ配置は経験がない。眠れないと思う。ーー手前の空きBEDに交換できないか？と聞いたが、すみません。規定で変更できません。。と言われた。 ・１泊目が眠れなかったので、宿泊後翌朝、窓有部屋への交換を依頼したが、駄目だと言われました。 ・トイレ掃除中の掛け札が出たままで、掃除をしている様子もない。他のトイレを使用してくださいの看板もない。。宿泊者無視の状況でを感じた。 ■ その為、１泊宿泊しただけで、キャンセルを申し出て、２泊目は他のホテルを確保しました。 スタッフは宿泊ありがとうございました。とも言いません。
