A rare find in Taipei city - Dunhua Duplex is a new, split-level, with an ultra-high ceiling and expansive views of Taipei. It has 2bdrms, 1 bath, 1 balcony, and sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child. Open the door to a panoramic view of Taipei and step into an open-concept living space. A double room has a queen-sized bed, desk, and closet. The master bed has a king-size bed and closet space.   
  
This elevatored building has a guard & garbage collection. 5-7 min walk to Da'an MRT station. Enjoy a unique split-level unit at the heart of Taipei that's newly renovated and completed Nov 2023, offered to the market for the first time. With a combined space of 700 square feet, Dunhua Duplex comfortably sleeps 4 people + 1 child. Opens the door to an open-concept living. The living room/kitchen area is stylish with amazing views of Taipei. The first level includes living space, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a master bedroom, a utility balcony, and space for storage behind the TV wall. Comfortable living space with bar chairs for the kitchen island, and a small dining table for 2\. Next to the kitchen is the balcony door to the outdoor utility space for laundry and other utility purposes. Follow the internal staircase to the second level, and the master bedroom is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, ample closet space, TV, and a king-sized bed. This is a tranquil oasis with an amazing view that will add convenience and comfort to your next trip to Taipei.

We had a great family trip in Taipei, the duplex was well appointed, relatively clean, conveniently located near the Da’an MRT (5-10mins walk) and close to Da’an Park. Also within 5-10mins walk to nearby Linjiang night market and directly above a Carrefor for groceries. The host was very friendly and great communication so check in and check out process was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend for the location and amenities.
