House keeping is good n room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Washroom can be upgraded to improve the bathtub. To step down the bathtub is not convenience to elderly people.

Clean serviced apartment, (once you find it)
The serviced apartment that we stayed in was a new experience for us. The responsiveness of the owner (we think - it was all by e-mail) to our requests for such as early check in / late check out was superb. The area is GREAT for a gazillion cheap eateries of all types as it's next to the main Taipei University, so services the student crowd. It's also a very short walk to the Metro station so location could not be better. The view wasn't great, but then we didn't fly to Taipei to spend all day looking out of our bedroom window! The bed(/s) was comfortable, the whole apartment clean, plenty of toiletries, and enough space. We were there for a long weekend so the towels / sheets not being changed wasn't a big issue, I'm not sure how often they are changed, as ALL notices are in Chinese. This brings up the only negative point..... We found the place after a bit of looking around - but I had the very significant benefit of a Chinese speaking partner. There is no English sign outside, and whilst it IS undoubtedly located at No. 1, Alley 4, Lane 286, Section 3, Roosevelt Rd., Zhongzheng District, Taipei, 10090, Taiwan, the roads are numbered somewhat haphazardly (compared to SOME western cities). If you just ensure you have a very detailed bilingual map (and the place does try to help with directions when you make a booking), you'll be fine. It's is over an UnderArmour shop - but the entrance is round the back of the building, right next to a groovy chill out cat cafe.

Excellent location and facilities.
Location is excellent. It is near everything we need. Room is very new and clean. What we like the most is washing machine with dryer. Iron is provided upon request. Small Gym is also available on the roof top. There is electric stove but only one pot. It would be great if we can have just microwave machine. Overall, I strongly recommend this room to anyone who wants to go to Taipei.

clean and modern
The room was very clean, but the building entrance had flying bugs when we checked in. We were surprised at the in-room washer and dryer. The weather was really hot, and our shirts were sweaty. It was very nice to be able to do laundry daily. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation. We definitely would consider staying here again next time.

Good location but no service
Host was very nice and attentive when I made reservation. Location is good. It is in the middle of night market and closed to the subway. You might have trouble to find the place for first time. Room is nice and clean. There is a 24 hour security at first floor. The big problem is that once you move in, the host disappears. I have tried to text the host through orbitz a couple times, once in Chinese and another in English. I just did not get any response at all. The whole kitchen had only two water glasses. There is no coffee cups, no plates, no utensils and no kitchenware. I did not plan to cook, but when you put the ad says you have kitchen, at least I expect coffee cups and utensils. There was nothing. I found two almost empty bottles of dish détergents on the counter, so I knew the host must supply these things before. I don't know why we didn't get them. We were also out of toilet paper the second day, no one came and filled it up. I text to the host before I left the condo that I will not be responsible for anything in the kitchen that I did not get. It is very inconvenient.

It was difficult to find; we had to ask someone to call to get us (we were just around the corner). The room size is okay for our family of 4. It will be better if it's a bit larger. There is no daily cleaning service; it's upon request. The location is great, near subway station. It is a safe neighborhood to walk around. There are lots of dining around the neighborhood. It's also a walking distance to near night market. There is a 7-Eleven and Family Mart very near by.
