Great staff - everyone very helpful, to getting us taxis, answering questions, etc. They helped us find a taxi to take us to see the black-faced spoonbills at a nature reserve on the coast. Plus, they spoke great English! The rooms were nice, too, though the furnishings were a little dated. The bathrooms were completely renovated, with great tubs and showers (we had two rooms).

Tap in the bathroom is quite noisy when you wash your hands. Can be the pipe is quite old. We can hear the people talking across the passage.

Hotel Tainan is mere minutes away from the Tainan station, so it is near major Tainan attractions. I topped up S$10 per day to get breakfast, and the spread is money well spent.

The facility is nice, May be a little out dated with carpet smelled slightly musty. The breakfast buffet was superb with so many variety to choose from. The bed was firm, exactly the way I liked it!

Very convenient location. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Bus stops and railway station are within walking distance. Hotel Tainan offers breakfast and the food was delicious. All staff members were very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Tainan.
