Nestled by the mighty Murray River, this spacious and modern accommodation offers the perfect getaway for families or groups, combining comfort, fun, and convenience. With ample sleeping arrangements, recreational spaces, and proximity to local attractions, it’s ideal for creating memorable experiences!  
  
Spacious Accommodation: 6 bedrooms (3 king-size beds, 3 kids’ rooms) to sleep up to 12+ people; perfect for 2-3 families,  
  
Large Outdoor Area: Expansive grassy spaces for camping/caravans or kids to play,  
  
Prime Location: Peaceful riverside setting with only one neighbour, under 10 minutes to The Bend Motorsport Park, close to the town of Tailem Bend and 1 hour from Adelaide

Absolute Water Front is as it's name suggests. Fantastic property with plenty of space for large groups. Loved the fact that it was very private. The house is beautiful, rain water throughout. Plenty of lawn area for cricket or footy. Alistair was extremely accommodating and very helpful. Loved our short stay!!
