First and foremost, there's no hand soap in the rooms. They said that they didn't provide disposable toiletries but I never would have imagined that included hand soap. That just made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like the whole hotel was gross that no one was washing their hands. I had to go to the store and buy my own hand soap. Secondly the carpets in the room were extremely dirty and stained. However the rest of the room was pretty clean. Lastly there was very loud music playing from somewhere around me for most of my stay. It was there when I checked in around 16:00 and stopped around 21:00 but resumed at 9:00 the next morning.
