The hotel was disgusting. I was put in one room where there were other peoples bodily hairs all over the “clean” room and the drains were blocked. I was then moved to a second room which absolutely stank of smoke. I stayed one night because I was exhausted and jet lagged but I checked out immediately the next morning. The hotel also refused to give me a refund for the 5 nights I was due to stay. Horrible place, horrible staff. There is only one outside viewing in the room but was blocked by a building structure. The lobby is nice but very small. There is very minimal amenity in the hotel. We loved foods, services and the dining room design in the restaurant, the breakfast and night snack are fantastic. We like the manager and all the staffs Including front desk and restaurant personnel are very friendly and helpful.
