Okay #### TA WEI Aug 28, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities 目前唯一的優點就是飯店新，其他服務、餐飲、整潔度都還沒準備好。 飯店的餐飲、服務都是加分項，但清潔度是基本分，入住過程換了兩次房間，三間房間內都遺留前房客的頭髮，分別在入口走道、沙發窗邊、甚至衣櫃保險箱，赤腳走兩步就踩到頭髮實在是不太能接受; 換房這件事花了快一個小時的等待時間，甚至沙發一躺下就開始起紅疹，到後來已經心累只求床乾淨可以好好睡一晚就好。 處理的主管算是有誠意，甚至還升級房間，但坦白說沒辦法解決問題，因為都是同一間外包清潔公司打掃的，三間都遺留頭髮的整潔度可想而知。 現階段適合嘗鮮的旅客，早餐聽主管說9月才會開始，因為在高鐵站附近，適合要去彰化的旅客，建議等運行一陣子品質穩定了再入住會比較好。 ##### TA WEI Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Chialin Aug
