Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. The elevators are also small and slow, but that has been our experience in most of Taiwan. Other than the things noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The soundproofing between rooms was actually great - we couldn't hear any of our neighbours. The curtains blocked out the heat and light for a restful sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was nicely decorated and they even put up a Christmas tree and other decorations in December. The breakfast buffet had a medium variety of options that was mostly the same with some items on a day to day rotation.
