"This stay was an unmitigated disaster and far below standard, characterized by misrepresentation, unacceptable cleanliness, and nonexistent service. The entire resort and bungalow area were dirty and unmaintained, suggesting the property is barely operating. Service was abysmal; staff appeared to be awakened for the late breakfast and...

"If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, spacious, and well-ventilated environment, I highly recommend it. I'd like to thank everyone, from the receptionist to the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The spa, body massage, and skin care packages were especially good. In short, it was a well-ventilated environment. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we already had our own internet connection. It would be even better if it had its own private sandy beach."
