The Hooga house was better than we could have imagined. So beautiful and spacious. We had 10 guests stay with us for our big day and it fit everyone comfortably. Sep 9, 2022 #### Beautiful Log Home - Perfect for our Family Reunion We loved this log home - all bedrooms upstairs had their own on-suite baths. It worked really well for our Family Reunion with 4 couples. We did have a few hurtles - we noticed upon arrival that there were dishwasher parts on the counter top, there was laundry left out on the upstairs couch and we also had a bat that was residing under one of the beds. The location was perfect for walking, my Mother needs to use a walker and the flat pavement made for nice walks. The house was great- well stocked and in a great area. We saw some bears walking around so that was really cool! All the beds were super comfy too! Loved the neighborhood dogs coming by to visit. Our only complaint was that I asked the office before I booked, if the DOWNSTAIRS family room had a TV. They said it did. Our friend had some videos of some trips she went on, and we wanted to play them with all of us. There was no TV downstairs. The only TV was in the loft UPSTAIRS and 2 of the guests (that stayed in the lower level bedrooms) could not do stairs due to a recent injury for one and some surgery the other one had a few weeks ago (which was why I asked beforehand). So that was a bit of a bummer. Our only other complaint was the downstairs couch. AWFUL- there is only a super low back to it so you really cannot sit on it and be comfortable in any way. The house is beautifully and completely redone. All the appliances and finishings are top of the line. Almost all the bedrooms have their own bathroom which was great for a large family. Our entire family came for Christmas and the space was perfect. The kitchen is really well stocked and great for cooking. We were there for the giant snowstorm and got stuck, but the property mangers were responsive and accommodating in helping us stay another night when all the roads were closed.
