In under 10 minutes, you can be at the beaches and shores of Lake Tahoe, ready for a full day in the sun and on the sand. You can walk from the home into the North Tahoe Regional Park, where hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis courts, and sports fields can all be found – an outdoor playground for the whole family! In the winter months, enjoy world-class skiing on local mountainous peaks such as Northstar Resort, one of the most popular destinations in the area. For a day out on the town, head north into Truckee for a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. No matter where you turn, there’s something new to be found in this rugged paradise! Indoors, grand open spaces are filled with natural light courtesy of abundant windows allowing the scenic surroundings to remain a focal point.
