« Bunk bedding was minimal for adults with only since thin blankets. Would expect some duvets or heavier covers.Entrance door was in the drip zone from the roof and gutters. It was a skating rink getting in and out of the unit. Very sketch.Cleaning fee more than it should be for such a tiny space. Booking on a peak holiday weekend with limited inventory. What ya gonna do? »

« We had the pleasure of spending two nights in this cozy house, and it was truly an incredible experience. The interior was thoughtfully designed, with charming little details that created a wonderful atmosphere. The house was perfect for four people — clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed.The location was excellent — close to all the main spots, shops, and cafes. « Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. »

« We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. »

« Lack of communication. No TV access Weak cell service for WiFi, hotspot didn’t work Traffic from the busy street is loud. Activities area unorganized. Huge garbage dumpster is an eye sore. For the price per night for this property it should be much more maintained. Overall I give the property & our stay a 3.5 stars. **** note to everyone. I believe the owner will give you a discount for a 5 star rating. Which far from 5 stars. »
