The home also features a washer and dryer, 52" flat-screen HDTV with cable, high-speed wireless internet, stereo with USB/Bluetooth connectivity, and a cozy gas woodstove for those cool Tahoe evenings. There was a large area under the stairs with mouse droppings. Also mouse droppings were in the water heater closet and behind the washer/dryer. we cleaned up some in the kitchen as well. Saw mice in kitchen crawl into the lower cabimets where the pots and pans were kept. Also had ants in the home. Many ant hills around the property as well. Our concern was the small children going barefoot with mouse droppings on the floor. The upstairs shower did not drain well so you were standing in water.
