This property is sure to WOW with professionally decorated interior finishes, separate game room space, a hot tub and lake views from the main living room and three out of four bedrooms. Enter the home through the stone foyer. Journey up a few steps to the right to the main living space. The new interior furnishings compliment the rich hardwood floor and warm stone hearth. Big sliding glass doors and large floor to ceiling windows bring the Lake Tahoe views in. Enjoy cozying up to the gas fireplace while you stream a movie on the smart TV. The beautiful Pear artwork brings all the colors together - inspiring this gorgeous property's name. The open kitchen offers custom cabinets, dining space for nine, stainless steel top of the line appliances and a kitchen island with seating for two. A game table is situated on the opposite end of the great room and is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or appetizer while taking in the Lake Tahoe views. A generous sliding glass door leads to a second story deck. In the summer, enjoy outdoor dining space and cooking on the weber gas grill. Three out of four bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the main floor. There are two bedrooms to the right with lake views, one with king and one with queen size comforts. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hall and offers king size comforts, a small private deck with lake views, an en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, stand up shower, and walk in closet. A shared bath and laundry room rounds out the main floor living space and is located across the hall from bedroom 2 and 3\. It's equipped with a double sink vanity and a bathtub and shower combo. From the stone foyer, a staircase down leads to the game room, hot tub and 4th bedroom. You'll be centrally located, only 10-20 minutes to all major north Tahoe ski resorts and a quick 5 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. Our whole group was very happy with the property. Plenty of room in the kitchen for a group to cook. Living spaces upstairs and downstairs are both great. Definitely would come back. Downside.. Lake Tahoe in general is extremely crowded. We needed to drive through stop and go traffic to go anywhere. The home is located in the Dollar point community. The community has a pool, tennis courts and a private beach. Rental guests may not use any of the facilities. The beach was guarded. ##### kaye b. Everything from the size and layout of the house to the amazing views of the lake. It was a perfect house for families. Lots a room and multiple levels so there was room for everyone. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. It was quiet but very close to all the amenities in Tahoe City and Kings Beach. The kitchen was amazing- very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Even a bread maker and kitchen aid mixer! We had meals on the amazing deck and just soaked in the ambience. We traveled in early May with our college age kids. There was plenty of space to spread out. But also loved playing pool and soaking in the hot tub together. Wonderful! Had all the amenities as promised in the description. Close drive to several ski resorts and when not skiing we were in close proximity to the town and plenty of time spent in the game room and jaccuzzi. Would definitely recommend. Only problem was taking the trash with us.
