Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. We require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. This costs an additional $55\. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. The check in was a little clunky as I received two emails from the property management company with conflicting door codes. But 1 was correct so it was a very minor inconvenience. House was great. Location was good. Neighborhood has a couple of local dogs that are very friendly and excited to see you every morning, which my family loved. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider staying here again, although we do prefer being close to the lake so we can just walk to TPVR ##### Tony S. It was decorated to give it a mountain feel. It was well equipped in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. The deck had seating for several people. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Overall, it was in good shape. It had personal touches, and I have the feeling that the owners used it. The cabin was up a high winding road with some lake views. It was smokey, due to the fires, so the view was not as good as it should have been. It was a good cabin, and we felt very comfortable here. ##### Nancy F.
