A microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker are available. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town and its internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. HOA can close the shared pool and hot tub at any time without notice due to maintenance or weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Otherwise, know it is dark, filled with old random furniture, has paper thin walls & the "King Bed" is actually 2 twins attached to each other. We booked thru VRBO, but Vacasa provided supported which was a total mess. Took 2 days, multiple agents, a supervisor & the resort GM just to get keys to the pool & hot tub.
