Take advantage of this monthly lease and live life like a local without all of the hassles. You'll find this home on a quiet street with a level driveway and an attached two-car garage. Enter the home through the attached garage where you will find a large mudroom with plenty of storage for all of your outdoor equipment. Or walk down a few paved steps to the front door that will take you into the lower level of the home. The lower level of the home is where you will find all three of the bedrooms as well as access to the lower patio with the hot tub. The first two bedrooms have comfy queen beds, a wooded view, and a nice size closet. Both bedrooms share the 3/4 bathroom which is where you will find the stacked washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is where you will find the large Primary bedroom with a 3/4 ensuite bathroom. The Primary bedroom has a spacious king bed, walk-in closet, and a workstation for those days of remote work. Situated on the top level of this home is a comfy living room with plenty of couch space settled around a cozy gas fireplace and a large flat screen tv, perfect for movie nights after a day of adventuring. My fiance and I rented the house for a 6 month ski lease stay. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the size, layout of the house, heated garage, and location! We were happily surprised to find trails at the end of the street that has access to the groomed Granlibakken cross country ski trails, access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and more. Tahoe Getaway's immediate response to anything that needed to be addressed during our stay was incredible. They even had maintenance folks arrive on a Sunday to fix an issue.
