The neighbors were barely seen, the pools have designed energy levels - we very much enjoyed the "quiet pool". ;)The management team rapidly responded when we struggled to get the code for entry to work. The amenities, cookware, dishware, bedding and other comforts were nice.The location of the town home is perfect, close to Incline Village and Tahoe City for groceries, and a trip to South Tahoe is do-able.When they encourage you to be mindful of bears, I'd encourage you to believe them. I visited the Lake Tahoe Water Trail in the evening and saw a lovely brown bear wandering the beachfront.
