It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a lovely view of Lake Tahoe. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan. This unit has an EV charger out front. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. \*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given. No ac and it faces sun in am, 3 fans for 4 rooms, it gets super hot in afternoon and hard to cool off. The non master bedroom’s are best to sleep and cooler weird layout. Master no bath, bathroom off non bedroom, curtains dont cover the whole sun facing window in master, by 5am room lit up, never did figure out the light switches. Some work some don’t. Neighbors are close and you hear them like they are in your place. Their porch is 2 feet behind the couch. Weird I know. They had party in until 2 am the night we were there, which really sucked, but quiet tge rest of week. Whole house creaks. When one person is up, we all are. The private beach is nice but not really a beach. Its a pier. But still not terrible. Best to park tgere and walk into town. Pools were closed and that was a huge bummer for us and kids. Nobody told us. All in all, this place has so much potential and is obviously a valuable property. Id fix the floors, the electrical outlets, put in an ac, upgrade the layout to have a bathroom accessible on the main level without going through a bedroom. And get some sun blocking curtains in master. With all of that said, I’d prob stay again here. The location is that good. ##### Louis B. The view of the lake was awesome! We cooked in for our dinners and found the kitchen very efficient. We enjoyed hiking in the bordering National Forest. ##### Laura M.
