Our family recently purchased and remodeled this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1408 sq. foot condo on the No. Shore of Lake Tahoe and we are excited to share it with you! We just bought new furniture including a Leather Sectional in the living room, new Dining Set & new bedroom furniture and mattresses. New laminate flooring in the living room, bedrooms and stairs.

Our complex has a HOT TUB that's open year round plus 2 Pools, Tennis Courts and Grass Areas available in the Summer Months. We're within walking distance of some nice Lake Tahoe Beaches and Parks that are FREE. We're close to the Bike and Walking Path that will take you along the North Shore, West Shore and to Olympic Valley / Truckee River. The bus stop is nearby and you can ride on TART buses and shuttle vans for FREE.

In the Winter, Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley Ski Resort / Alpine Meadows) and Northstar California are nearby. Both these ski resorts have nice villages with fire pits, shopping and dining. You can visit both villages for no charge but they may charge for parking. If you like to go sledding, snow shoeing and cross country skiing...there's lots of places nearby to do that for no charge.

There's 3 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with a King,
2nd Bedroom with a Queen &
3rd Bedroom with a Twin High Loft and a Bottom Queen.

The condo is equipped with WIFi, Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, bath towels & beds with linens.

We're near the bike trail and you can even walk to the beach!

Located in the Lake Forest Glen Condominium complex, this condo is close to everything you love to do at Tahoe! The open floor plan lends itself well for family get togethers. The first floor houses the living & dining rooms plus the kitchen with nearby washer and dryer. There's also a half bath on this first level. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs plus 2 bathrooms.

Quiet Time: 9pm to 8am (we don't expect you to whisper but noise or loud music that can be heard outside the condo walls will be a problem).

Much-needed escape during pandemic!

This condo is lovely and the perfect getaway for our family of 4. There is more than enough room for two teenage boys and two adults., with room to spare. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook on site. We avoided going out to any restaurants during our week stay and cooked all meals at home. There's a Safeway grocery story within a 5 minute drive away so very convenient. The lake is within a 10 minute walk and you can get there by bikes in 5 minutes. While at Skylandia State Park (near the condo) we spotted two brown bears during our evening walk! After talking to some of the locals who live at this complex, it sounds like the bears are a regular guest in the evenings so don't leave any food in your cars. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We parked our bikes in the small back patio. I ate breakfast at the table in the back every morning. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend to others interested in staying on the North Shore, right near Tahoe City.

Perfect for our family

Very cozy unit. When we arrived, there was a nicely decorated Christmas tree which added to the coziness. It felt like home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The lake was walking distance. We had a great time and would rent this unit again.

Nice updated condo close to the lake

We had a nice stay over the MLK weekend at this condo. Enjoyed walks to the lake. Squaw is about 25mins away. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than 10min drive. The condo is fully remodeled. We liked the wood floors...no carpet. Kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade. It snowed 2 feet over night and it was cleared and well managed by the snow removal equipment. No issues getting in and out of the complex. Over all good place to stay.

Great location with a homey atmosphere

We stayed here with our kids over Christmas and it was such a delight to pull up our first night and see a brightly lit Christmas tree and lots of nice touches inside for decorations. The amenities provided everything we needed..even to bake Christmas cookies! It a great location close to restaurants and the lake. We will definitely be back!

Clean, fun and a great location!

Our trip was absolutely fabulous thanks to the remarkable accommodations. The home was spotless and well taken care of. The owners have thought of everything. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The paddle boards and The Kayak were an absolute family favorite for outdoor activities. I highly recommend staying here whether it's a family vacation, a romantic getaway or a friend's trip to the lake. Everyone will be happy staying here.

Cozy and clean

I stayed here with a few friends for a weekend of snowboarding and skiing. This was a last minute booking after our original booking canceled on us the day before our arrival. After some searching, I found this gem, and I'm so glad we ended up staying here. This home was clearly recently renovated so the place looks great and is super clean, comfortable, and there was a clear attention to details that I really appreciated. For example, as someone who likes to cook, and who has stayed in a number of rentals, I really appreciated that the knife block has built in knife sharpners so you never have to deal with dull knives. I would certainly reccomend this home, and would stay here again in the future.
