FEATURES & AMENITIES: The space is divided into two sections: bedroom and living space. We believe in having a clean and cozy space to relax and chill with an amazing view that helps you destress the busyness of the day to day. Bedroom: Inspired by our childhood family rooms, our sleeping area takes the double-deck style into a modern family slumber suite. It can be a space for 2 to 8 happy family members and friends. Living Space: Lounge in the entertainment area with a cozy couch, a 55” Smart Android TV where you can indulge in your favorite series on Netflix. Connect using our free wifi and and local telephone line that you can use for food deliveries, too! We also believe in quiet moments and getting lost in a good book. We have a selection of books you can also enjoy while sitting on our bay window bench while sipping your favorite hot drink with the lake as background. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning system but most guests love using the ceiling fans to complement with the cool breeze of Tagaytay. Kitchen & Dining: Indulge in our intimate kitchen space equipped with cooking essentials (electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, various cookwares and utensils) for your delectable labors of love. The place was clean, spacious unit and bed are good enough for us. We love the balcony and we got 2 balcony and we been enjoying the view every minute. The unit is located right in front of elevators. The parking spot is also right in-front of the lobby. Easy communication with the host and the instructions is very clear. The security guards are strict but they are nice and professional. Also easy access to the pool, we just get the vouchers for pool after we paid for it in payment center which is located in the same building of the unit. We love this place especially my kids. The only negative that i can say to this place is the balcony, it looks like they didn’t clean the tables and the chairs and the railing and the floor in the balcony need a sweep, but just a minor negative, i cleaned it and stayed in balcony to enjoy the view. We definitely want to book this place again.
