Located in Tacoronte, this charming 60 sqm apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 bedroom with a large bed plus a sofa bed. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher, private air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 48-inch TV, and washing machine. The brand-new apartment offers mountain and sea views with step-free access throughout and natural ventilation with excellent natural lighting. Beach towels, baby crib, highchair, and toys and books for children are provided for your convenience.  
  
Step outside to your private uncovered terrace and enjoy the shared saltwater outdoor pool featuring loungers, children's water toys, and a children's slide. The shared garden area includes a grill for outdoor dining, and shared table tennis is available for entertainment. The beach and mountains are nearby for exploring.  
  
Shared parking is available at the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but permitted on the outdoor terrace. Events are not permitted on the property.  
  
A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property and will provide pool usage instructions upon arrival.
