« Lovely property that is in the perfect location! Comfortable bed; even the pull out bed was comfy. Really enjoyed having two separate sitting areas! »

« The location is great as I could walk to downtown and many great restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy as there is a designated spot and I felt secure. The location was also pretty quiet despite being so close to downtown. The hosts are very responsive though I didn’t need anything after check-in. »

« I would definitely stay here again. The little house seemed almost brand new, and was very clean. I am a medium-level woodworker, and was struck by the level of craftsmanship throughout the house. Beautiful cabinets and trim everywhere. Decent bed, nice couch and chairs, great shower. Good HVAC system and ceiling fan. « It was just myself staying in the property and it was a perfect location and space! It was updated, nicely decorated and clean. It was quiet, had great natural light and everything you need to stay in Tacoma. It’s also close to everything which is very handy. Lucy was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay! »

« Though The apartment is in an older building, the interior is updated with new appliances and furniture giving it a comfortable feel. The surrounding area is very hilly giving you a great calf workout when travelling, but there were very few places to grab food that was within walking distance. Look up not the area when booking to plan ahead. »

« Nice value. Walking distance to museums. Some missing items, contact persons very responsive and provided them. Lots of on line mumble jumble that was difficult for me. After paying and at last minute, puzzling request for picture of my drivers license. »

« This place was incredible! It is in such a gorgeous area of Tacoma — the surrounding houses were all beautiful, and there is an amazing coffee shop (Lander coffee) within walking distance. And the house itself was great! Well stocked, clean, and a lot bigger than I would have expected! We met the owner a couple times and he was amazing — super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area! »
