The property manager was great in that I received a refund for the mix-up immediately. Thanks so much for that, it really decreased my stress level. Property was double-booked but also supposed to be unavailable due to some repairs needed (problems w/locks). Property seems like it might be a good option for a family but there appears to be some disconnect between the owner and Expedia. VERY happy for the quick refund; but disappointed at the crummy check-in experience.
