Located in Downtown Tacoma between New Tacoma and Hilltop, in an area which is similar to other inner city neighborhoods. While the neighborhood is undergoing rapid gentrification, the area still has its challenges and room for improvement. The building has security cameras on the outside of the building and all apartment doors have deadbolt locks. Easy access to all major freeways and Tacoma attractions! As an additional safety measure and due to our check-in procedures being fully remote, we ask all guests to verify their identities prior to check-in, much like a hotel asks for ID upon check-in at the front desk. Additionally, as we are professional hosts, we require a short rental agreement to be completed before arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions on the above information before booking, we are happy to go into more detail or answer any questions that you may have. HOUSE RULES 1\. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided. 2\. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay. 3\. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. No hot water to kitchen sink. Bathroom sink clog. Shower has hot water as long as you don’t touch the knob. I don’t have a lot to compare this to. Hotels are crazy expensive for long stays. I wouldn’t stay here again. Once you’re out of the studio, there isn’t any follow up to concerns. Maybe that’s a common thing.
