Not Impressive

Posted 25-Aug-2016
Cons: Replace doors, paint, clean up junk, vacuum the stairs. Take care of your place.
Location: Didn't stay long enough to check it out.
We had a great experience at a Red Lion in Port Angeles so thought it would be similar in Tacoma - this place was so nasty that we checked in and checked out and just called it a loss - like gambling at a slot machine and losing your money in one pull. It was very run down and old. Front steps dirty - sketchy folks in the parking lot - a junkyard of generators and hotel scraps in the lawn outside our window. Overall not a place we even felt comfortable laying down our heads so we took off and drove up to Bellevue to get far away from this place.

Comfy & Friendly

Posted 25-Aug-2016
Staff was great! Breakfast had a good variety of choices & was fresh! The hotel could use a bit of a face lift, such as new carpets and paint but overall its a cozy place. Clean rooms & working tvs with controllers! LoL (those last two things are hard to come by in hotels usually)

Smelly and outdated, but seemed relatively clean. Not horrible for the price, but I won't be back.

Good experience overall. I wasn't happy that they charge me for the crib and didn't mention it when I request it. I found out when I checked my bank transactions

There were two prostitutes in the lobby, man with door propped open next to us with his tv blaring. Our towels were in the toilet when we arrived. Carpets were stained and because we booked through Expedia, we were given a room with a wonderful view of the tar covered roof.

Terrible location, smokey room

Posted 10-Aug-2016
Terrible location of hotel, we didn't feel very safe as we checked in late in the evening. The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. Beds were fairly comfortable, room had nice amenities (fridge, microwave). But we were more than happy to check out and leave after our one night stay. Won't be back.
