Decent hotel, close to the convention center.

This hotel was comfortable enough, though I will say had I been there before I wouldn't have brought children. Its within walking distance to most things you could need during your stay and has a fitness center and pool. If you need something last minute it's not a bad choice. It is a little steep considering the condition of the building, but not unreasonable. I would give 3.5 of 5 stars.

Excellent staff, pool, and breakfast.

Pros: Staff, pool, and the continental breakfast was great. Also, easy on and off free way access.
Cons: Needs new carpet in hallways and room, showers need to be cleaned or replaced, and rooms and doors need to be repainted (professionally).
Location: Location is great if you're in town visiting relatives at the hospital.
Excellent staff, pool, and breakfast but other than that in need of an update. Shower in room had mold, carpet was stained and needs replacing, AC sounded like a semi starting up whenever it popped on, and the walls in the rooms are extremely thin.

absolutely awful. Dirty. Dangerous part of town. I have rmailed the hotel twice to complain, and each time my emails are returned

Aging hotel with no amenities.

First step into the room it smelled stale and we immediately noticed the bed linens looked rumpled and used. They were all dingy and stained. There were few towels and mold on the grout in the bathroom. It was supposedly a handicap room but no rails to help accessing the toilet only climbing in and out of regular shower. Not even coffee provided and that was a first for me.

Nice motel showing its age

No real complaints. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the breakfast typical for hotels in this price range, though the bread type items weren't too fresh. As my wife put it, the hotel had seen it's glory days in the past, but it was certainly a pleasant stay. If I have one complaint it was that there was no comfortable seating in the lobby. Eveything had been swalllowed up by the breakfast area.

Both shower and tub were in disrepair and dirty. Smears of red and blue paint on the carpet throughout the suite. Was generally dirty, on the floor and in the closet.

Loved the breakfast. Building is a little old but doable Rooms were clean but a little cold. Beds were a little hard.

Moldy mildew and marijuana

The bathroom was so bad we gagged at the smell. It was black with mold and mildew. The next room reeked with marijuana. I am calling the health department. It did not seem safe to seem this all night.

Not a nice hotel

I would not stay here again for free. Dirty old hotel that Red Lion apparently took over. First room they sent me to had not been cleaned or was occupied. Halls smelled bad and everything is just old and beat up. Not recommended. Staff was very nice overall but that is the only positive.
