Pros: Location and appearance.
Cons: Have coffee in the room,
Location: It was good.
Pricing seemed reasonable and the area good. We feel that it is a nice hotel and we did experience a nice stay.

The room was so-so clean. You could hear every little movement anyone made all night long. The heating & cooling unit didn't keep the room cool, no matter where you had it set. We had friends in another room, & their room was either blazing hot or freezing cold. No in between. The hallways were so heavily scented with air freshener, you got a headache just walking through them. There are better hotels for the price.

Nice hotel, not very ammeniies and shower had mold. Bed frame was falling apart.

Great staff. Terrible rooms. Dirty and all furniture is stained. Smelled of puke in our room with alot of smelly stuff sprayed over it to try and hide it. Changed rooms and the second was dirty with lights that did not work. Left this hotel and stayed elsewhere.

False advertising

Booked this hotel and stated I needed a room that slept 3 and input I have a 13 yr old. Www we checked in and got to our room we had 1 bed, no couch, no fold away and no extra covers. When I called the front desk they had nothing to give us was told they could give me a few blankets for my son to sleep on the floor. I won't ever stay here again nor will I ever recommend this hotel. Pretty sad when I pay for a room that sleeps 3 and there is 1 bed.

Staff was super nice and helpful, but room was terrible. Tiles were cracked, plaster was being redone and flakes on carpet all over. Stains on couches, chairs, carpets...looked like spring break just got over and they forgot to clean. I walked access carpet in my socks and they were filthy on bottoms from floors. Opened microwave to heat something and had to clean it first... Then there was the advertised "free hot breakfast"...well they were remodeling so it was cold breakfast, which I thought might be some nice rolls and fruit etc..but I get downstairs & it's a few dry bagels, bread for toast, some cereal & milk, a couple yogurt choices, and bruised bananas. I'm telling you I've been to this hotel in years past and it was nice, but this is really the pits. I'm very disappointed in how far down hill its gone. I am not posting pictures, as I feel they can do better & am hoping this was just a bad month.

Neglected Hotel

Pros: Breakfast was OK and set up early, checked out of room at 5:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised we were able to eat before our departure.
Cons: Maintenance of property.
Location: Great location right off the freeway, many restaurants & such near by.
1. Remote control did not turn TV on/off had to do manually. 2. Bedside lamp did not work. 3. Restroom sink leaked water. 4. Heater very loud only worked on high low speed broke. 5. Gym equipment did not work. 6. Not prompt in opening pool area in the morning. 7. Dark stains on carpet, shower grout was mildewed. 8. Toilet did not function properly 9. Stay was paid for three nights, keys only keyed for first night, locked out of room second night.
