Butt stained furniture

Both chairs in the room were filthy. Did not make me feel confident that the room was clean.

LAST RESORT

Posted 23-Sep-2016
This was the only available room within 75 miles of Seattle, due to multiple conventions is Seattle. The property appears to have been built in the 1950's with no updates or refurbishing since new.

extra amenities not provided

Posted 21-Sep-2016
Pros: close to freeway
Cons: clearly state policy regarding extra amenities. get in sync with the internet booking services. there are way to many discrepancies between both infos
Location: close to freeway
this has happened twice staying at this hotel, no roll away bed provided, even after confirming 24hrs in advance of arrival. We thought we would give them a second chance but they failed. Does this make sense...5 guests paid for in a room with 2 queen beds and no additional bed? Was told it is strictly first come first served for roll aways and there are 6 of these (only 2, stated another employee) in a hotel of 300 hundred or more rooms? How is it that you can book that many guests into a room and not be expected to provide bed space? The night manager tried, I will give her that. She had extra bedding and pillows sent to the room so that I could sleep somewhat comfortably ON THE FLOOR. And that was my choice, as I was told I would have to pay for another room if I wanted another bed. In addition, during my conversation with the manager, she told me that she was sure that I had been informed of the first come first served policy regarding roll away beds. I assured her I had not been told and she said she was pretty sure that she had told me. So now I'm a liar, too? What happened to customer service etiquette? Right or wrong, you don't tell the customer that they are wrong, you just deal with it. I agree whole heartedly, with a previous review that this is not Red Lion quality and I will not be staying with this hotel ever again.

Only hotel I've ever been to that wasn't accommodating to check in time. When we arrived to our room the front door was blocked with a pile of dirty linens. Since we were only there to sleep for one night it wasn't bad but wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

Very outdated hotel , though has a pool the kids..

Posted 13-Sep-2016
The pictures on Expedia fooled me this time as I was thinking I was going into a modern type hotel.. Turns out I went back to 1991.. I only wish I read more reviews as I would have chosen a cleaner and more modern hotel. The staff did not clean our room the second night and just said that I was supposed to tell them to clean it. I was never informed that and the front desk seemingly did not care. So we ended up using the same towels when taking our showers in the evening. The breakfast was decent and the place had a pool for the kids which was the only thing going for them. Would never come back to this hotel..

Fees

Posted 4-Sep-2016
When I did the reservation I asked for 2 rooms instead of just 1 with 2 beds to be more comfortable, when I checked in I asked very specifically that I wanted jointed rooms or as close as possible because it was for me and my kids, they give me another room far down the hall way and they charged me 2 times instead of one single bill, I ended up paying more than what I was told when I did my reservation. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, due to a hole on the side I had to sleep in the chair. The other bed was dirty it had a huge brown stain in the bottom, the fridge was not working, it was leaking water so the floor was super wet.
