The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with over text. I think my favorite feature of this home was the kitchen, very nice. I really just loved it. Only thing I would say was that I wish they had better shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc for guests. They did have some tiny economy disposables so there was something. It was very difficult to find and was behind a house with a very tiny alley that made it hard to carry our things in. The house included what we referred to as the "Karen binder" with instructions of how to stay, all the ways you would be charged extra and telling you to keep your things tidy (what does it matter if my clothes are on the floor if I take them when I leave?). Its smaller than the pictures make it look and when I asked for how to get in, my question wasnt answered but I was told to go find the instructions in my email. I understand this is a city and will have some "sketchy" parts. However there is no driveway and it is right across the street from a church that is no longer a church and houses transients. This is where you have to park. We had homeless folks staring us up and down when we were unloading the car. The gate to get into the house has no locks so anyone could just walk on the property. We heard 13 gunshots a little after midnight. We got up early, went to breakfast and when we returned around 8:30 am there were 3 police cars directly in front of the house as they were "dealing" with an issue at the church. After we spoke with the police, we decided to leave & eat the cost. We headed to a hotel about 20 minutes south. The place itself inside was very nice, clean and updated. There were 2 of us which made the size perfect. All that we needed was available to us! We briefly lost the internet connection during our stay. We notified the host who “got right on it,” and the problem was solved in record time!! The neighborhood was quiet, and the bed comfortable!!
