Washer & dryer, as well as a functioning kitchen available for use. This is a great place for couples or for business trips. Home is located only a couple minutes from freeway access (I5).20 mins to the Washington State Fair, 15 mins to the Chamber's Bay Golf Course and JBLM. 25 mins to the SeaTac International Airport. Home is most comfortable at 4 adults & 2 young children max. Big fenced yard that is great for children to play in or for relaxing on the deck out back. There are only a few steps leading up into the house. Smart lock for easy check in and Xfinity Home Security Alarm for your protection and peace of mind. Close to all major locations in Tacoma! Board games, books, WiFi, and a TV (with Roku and Netflix) are available for recreation use. Heating and AC units at house. The location was easy on and off the freeway and Target and Walmart were only a few minutes away. Check in and out was seamless as it is a coded key lock. I've read that the neighborhood was sketchy, but we don't agree. If you look around, homes nearby had well cared for yards and the cars parked were clean and nice--usually a telling sign. It's cute and the inside is welcoming. If you like to walk or exercise, it wasn't comfortable to be walking out and about the neighborhood but nothing happened to us. Neighbors are nice.
