Like microwave and refrig inside the room. Not happy when staff member told me breakfast was not free when expedia advertise it was free. I did not find out that was wrong on my way check out when front desk told me it was free. Elevator was not working on my last day. Room key not working in the garage on my 1st day.

The hotel itself was horrible. One hotel clerk checking in a ton of people. Took us 2 hours. Elevators not working. Had take the steps up 4 flights of stairs. 2nd day we were there our door keys were deactivated and we stood in the hallway sweating trying to get someone to let us in. The maids finally let us in. We were not about to go 4 flights down and back up! I would never recommend this place and hope you remove them from your options. I’d love a partial refund.
