Located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, parks, and the waterfront nearby. The Link light rail station with access to 3 major hospitals, the Tacoma Dome, and the Tacoma convention center is a 5 minute walk. Convenient jumping off point for your PNW adventures to Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the Olympic National Park. Newly built basement suite in a historic 1910 Craftsman Four Square style home. The basement suite is close to 1000 square feet with a large, open kitchen and living area. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a full washer/dryer. The bedroom has 1 queen bed. The space is perfect for 2 adults or a family of up to 4\. As a family ourselves we have all the baby/toddler gear and are happy to provide you with anything you might need on your travels. Please keep in mind this suite is in the basement of our family home. You will hear noise from our home above.
