We rented Julie's place quite in advance of our stay and she was great about keeping in communication with us as well. The unit also had all the kitchen supplies you need and snacks as well :). I stayed there with two adult children so appreciated the queen beds in each bedroom. The townhouse was very clean and well organized; kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, towels and linens were all clean. The owner had snacks available for us and a lovely sparkling apple juice in the fridge waiting for us. A Keurig coffee maker is provided and there was plenty of coffee and tea for us to use. Added bonus is there is a garage for one car. There is also a grill and an outside sitting area which, given the time of year, we did not use. The ad mentions there is parking for two cars and we found that to be true, we kept one in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is no street parking in front of the unit. The unit is very convenient in terms of food shopping and access to the highway is just a few miles away, it is about a block from Pacific Avenue which is a busy commercial street. You can walk to some restaurants and coffee places. I want to thank the owners for making our stay over the holidays feel so welcoming.
