Beautiful home! Walking distance to UW Tacoma, convention center, Art and Glass Museums, waterfront and all the nightlife downtown Tacoma has to offer! Close to Point Ruston, Point Defiance, and Chambers Bay Golf Course.  
Only a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) from the Tacoma Link Light Rail! \*Please be advised\*  
If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

Stayed here for a conference at the university and had a very nice time. Host was accommodating and responsive.

Had difficulty getting to not the building. Undesirable neighborhood. Front door doesn’t lock. Unable to enter the unit, do to code not working after 3 attempt's. Front gate padlocked. Avoid this dangerous location. Owner refused refund, which was requested for safety reasons. My brother of 30 as State Trooper, didn’t want to be n the area. Be safe.

#### Concert Stay

We came to Tacoma for a concert. We are very pleased with the space. The areas is not very nice so if you have kids I would keep that in mind but the interior is wonderful. Lots of space you could put an air mattress in the main bedroom if needed! We had a great experience here.

#### Wonderful Stay

The property is very clean and nice. This is exactly what was described in the listing. The neighborhood has security passing through and he warned us about the area and let us know to empty our van of our tools because of the breakins. Which we appreciated the heads up. Overall was a great stay and we did not run into any issues.

#### Christmas family visit

This is a very interesting place, modern yet comfortable. It is the bottom floor of a 3rd floor unit and not sure if the 2nd level people always sound like a marching band or just because it was the holidays but I couldn't believe that kids were running around like that knowing there were people under them. There were "house rules" posted when we checked in and it stated quiet hours after 10pm. There was only 1 night that the neighbors followed that tule.

Mike was a very good host helped me get a place over a very short period of time. He is very easy to work with and he responds quickly. His place was very clean and had all fully functional facilities. I would highly recommend him.
