"Rooms were fine; typical size for Tokyo. Top marks for concierge service, who booked and cancelled several reservations very patiently as we were navigating Tokyo restaurants "

"Definitely highly recommend to those who like the Tokyo by night vibe and need to transit day trips during the day. My friend and i enjoy the super convenient location and exceptional cleanliness. Room are small but hey, you are in Tokyo and walkable everywhere and 10’transit to JR East Station. Its bang for your buck. "

"Great hotel with excellent customer service.
Also super convenient for me to walk to our
Tokyo office.
Only thing I can say is the gym needs to be
a bit bigger as I saw myself and others waiting
for equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc.). "

"Shinjuku Prince is a gorgeous property and smack dab in the middle of everything. You cannot beat this location as you have access to everything! It’s a short walk to the train which is a plus if you are using metro. The triple room offered just enough space and the property was very clean and updated! My family of 3 had more than enough space for 3 large suitcases and a carry on. There was even a micro fridge! The bathroom area roomy and was separate from the sleeping space, and the views were stellar - we could see Godzilla, the skyline and there is even an interactive map in our room with places to eat and shop in the neighborhood! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and check in was a breeze! Convenient stores, cafes, and karaoke are conveniently located steps away, so all your needs can be met at Shinjuku Prince! "
