« The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground.
Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms
As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive. »

« We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay! »
