Allocated a Queen on second floor but after a while the people next door had very noisy kids and I went to reception to ask if it was possible to move rooms. They did so very efficiently and without a fuss. The room had 2 queen beds which were quite noisy when turning on them during the night! There was a fridge and microwave...
