Tired property, weak amenities. Service OK, but hotel needs a MAJOR renovation…. Or wrecking ball. Room was stifling hot without a heater being on. Couldn’t cool room without open window, but didn’t feel safe on ground level room and was too noisy to leave open. Fridge was not turned on, by the time we tried did and waited for it to do its job, our food went bad/smelled terrible. No hot tub / pool, and atrium closed so not even useable. We warned lounge we had a large group coming, but they only had one poor staffer working and ran her off her feet. Place is stuck in a time warp, unfortunately I have to stay in something more modern in the future.
