The property stuff is good, but the area is noisy around that bothered only first few day. But at the last night the next door apartment started the noisy party at midnight. We had 2 days return trip and they didn't let us sleep. It should be some communication with the property stuff about those cases, I understand they provided us phone number but we didn't have cell phone service in Spain. That midnight party with a lot invited girls destroyed our experience about staying. It is not stuff problem but people should respect other tenants. The agreement with apartment says that 10 pm to 8 am should be quiet and they said that there are noise detectors, but it looks like there are none.
Another problem there are cockroaches, they are around the area, not only in the room but also on the streets.
