« WiFi was trash, breakfast was just frozen kolaches, and the staff was rude and constantly arguing with the guests. I don’t recommend this place. »

« Too often hotels rooms are not very clean - general quick vacuum and change of bed linens and towels. The rooms are "tidy" but there is a perception that the minimum was actually done. However, the Hilton Garden Inn did appear to be much cleaner than the usual hotel. Will go there again as the occasion requires. »

« Very charming place to stay. It is clean and modern, but in an old refurbished home, so there is plenty of personality. Nice touches, like snacks, teas and coffees in the common area. It is right next to the train tracks, so expect train traffic. If you want walking distance to Old Towne Spring, this is THE place to stay. »

« Staff was completely useless and not willing to help with the issues at hand. They put multiple charges on my room and could not explain them. Also ran the wrong card after “confirming” it was correct when in fact it wasn’t. The morning staff couldn’t explain the charges nor could she see them on her end to match the print out she gave me. The employee also had no clue how to print out the itemized break down of my room and what was charged. Horrible staff that didn’t care and completely...

« Superbe hotel, bon service, spacieux et propre, bon dejeuner avec choix correct. Seul hic, pas de restaurant, ni dans l’hotel ni proche et presque tous les restaurants chargent de gros frais de livraison. Donc si vous y allez sans voiture, peu pratique. Le depanneur voisin de l’hotel offre peu de vhoix de repas. »

« We are kind of a rough first night, but there was a gentleman on the second night that helped get us situated and get our TV working and we were grateful for his help. »

« Took forever to check in w were waiting in lobby for 2 hours , did not get a room key till next day so hotel staff had to let us in room every time we left the room ( uncomfortable) the breakfast was horrible , the pool was closed even tho I called ahead of time to ask if it was open , they gave us a room that was still under construction , our shower was missing the tub ! Literally no tub ! Just concrete I almost slipped luckily I grabbed rail ! Never again staying here ! Do not recommend »

« The room was large and that is a plus when traveling with a toddler. Everything was clean, just older property. The pool was okay, needed to be cleaned a bit, there was hair floating around in it. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. So over all good stay and good price. »
