"Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by all the staff. The check in was such a lovely experience. Our room was beautiful and everything was squeaky clean. The scents in The Mett and The Mett bathroom products are very memorable, it was pleasant and we will always be reminded of our lovely stay whenever we smell something similar. The gym was fantastic, it had all the equipment we needed and it was so incredibly clean too. The pool was also great, it looks shallow but it was actually really deep...

"We loved our stay in Room 1810\. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and we were assisted with our luggage. The Reception desk staff were friendly and although our room wasn't ready (due to our early arrival), we were contacted when it was, within a short time. Our room was clean, spacious and met our needs. We ate in the Executive Lounge for breakfast and again the staff were attentive and happy to assist us. The Pool area is lovely with plenty of towels and deck chairs. Location is perfect for access to MRT and shopping all around. We will definitely stay again. "
