Registration - New User
Welcome to the Expedia Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP) Website. Here you will learn what information you need to register for the TAAP program and how to get started using our TAAP Program. TAAP Website allows you to track bookings, manage your agency details, generate agency reports, view commission statements and more!
To register for TAAP as a new agency, select "Register" button from the TAAP website.
Expedia Account
In order to sign up for the TAAP program and seamlessly book your customer's travel bookings on the Expedia site, you will be required to sign in to an existing account or create a new Expedia account for TAAP. This will be your Expedia TAAP Account for booking and TAAP website access. We recommend you create an Expedia TAAP account with your travel agency email, so you can ensure all your travel agent related booking information is sent to your agency email.
Once you have an Expedia Account, you can proceed to provide your TAAP registration information below.
TAAP Registration
In the TAAP Agency Registration section you will be required to fill out basic information about your agency; for example your Agency Trade Name, Address and Telephone number. You can also include optional information like Fax Number, Internet Address, IATA/ARC/CLIA/TrueID code, Group Names, Local Association Numbers and Registered Company Number.
You be asked to enter promotional information to help us understand where you heard about our Program.
Finally you will have to agree to the TAAP Terms and Conditions to complete your Registration Process.
Registration Confirmation
Within 48 hours of completing your registration form you will receive an email from us with your tracking code, as well as instructions on how to easily access Expedia's inventory and start to earn commissions.
Sign in
Sign in to the TAAP Website with your Expedia TAAP Account.
Start Booking
Select the shopping icons in the Booking panel and start earning commissions.
Adding Travel Agents to Your Agency
Travel agents wishing to join a travel agency that is part of the TAAP program can do that only via a special invitation from the travel agency manager. The travel agency manager can generate the invitation on Manage Agents page in the TAAP portal. Once the travel agent receives this invitation and clicks on the embedded link, they will be prompted to create an Expedia account, and start booking travel right away.

What can I do if I forgot my user name and password for my Expedia Account?
To receive your user name or reset your password, go to Forgot user name and/or password and follow the instructions.
Do I have to login to my Expedia TAAP account to make bookings and earn commissions?
Yes, you must use your Expedia TAAP account to earn commissions. This gives us the ability to associate your booking to your Expedia TAAP account. We no longer support making Guest bookings on Expedia.
Do travel agents qualify for an Elite status as Expedia Rewards members?
Members of Expedia's Travel Agent Affiliate Program do not qualify for Elite status in Expedia Rewards.
